Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your plants arrive in excellent condition.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 days after shipping)

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your perennial plants. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how our returns process works:

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of your order
  • Condition Requirements:
    • Items must be in original condition
    • Plants must show no signs of neglect or post-delivery damage
    • Original packaging should be retained when possible

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Package Securely: Include the original packing slip with your return
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our return address (provided in your authorization email)
  5. Receive Refund: We’ll process your refund or exchange after inspection

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Perennials that have been planted
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Personalized or custom-ordered plants

Refund Information

Refund Processing

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method
  • Details:
    • Credit cards: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchange Policy

To exchange an item:

  1. Indicate your desire for an exchange in your return request
  2. We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  3. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges
