At Garden Twist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your perennial plants. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, our returns and exchanges policy is designed with your convenience in mind—just as we carefully tend to our gardens.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition
- Plants must show no signs of neglect or damage caused after delivery
- Original packaging should be retained where possible
Please note: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns on items that have been planted or show signs of improper care. All sales of discounted or clearance perennials are final.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package your items securely and include the original packing slip
- Ship the package to our return address (provided in your authorization email)
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: Typically processed within 24 hours
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product or incorrect item received. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
