Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arriving within 15-25 days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Returns & Guarantees

What if my plants arrive damaged or unhealthy?
We guarantee your plants will arrive in healthy condition. If you’re not satisfied, simply contact our U.S.-based support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt, and we’ll replace them.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt if your plants arrive in unsatisfactory condition. Please contact our support team to initiate the process. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
